WIFE STABS HUSBAND TO DEATH LESS THAN A YEAR AFTER WEDDING
The fairytale romance that preceded the wedding between 33-year-old Henry Gagariga, and his wife, 28-year-old Victoria Ambakederemo last June, on Thursday paled into insignificance after the wife stabbed his husband to death with a kitchen knife in Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital.
Henry who read law, and Victoria graduated from Niger-Delta University, Wilberforce Island. A daughter of a retired director in the Bayelsa State Ministry of Information, Victoria is a staff of Bayelsa State Council for Arts and Culture while her late husband was a lawyer.
The young couple attended a branch of Christ Embassy Church in Bayelsa, and lived at Akenfa, a Bayelsa suburb.
Sources told
ReporterS that Victoria has a temper and often started heated arguments with Henry, and the couple argued constantly in the days leading to the killing.
Comments dropped on Henry’s facebook accounts by his friends immediately after his death revealed that the deceased’s marriage was beset by problems.
One Gesiye Francis posted, “She finally killed him o. Wicked witch.”
And in reaction to Gesiye’s post, Tarabina Romeo said, “This is unbelievable. @gesiye francis. U mean Victoria killed Gags. gash .what happened?”
